Ray Beckham is a US Army veteran of 20 years of service, a husband of 20 years to Nichole Beckham, and a father of four to Aiden (21), Jaden (19), Kierstyn (16), and Raelynn (11).  He accepted his calling to Children and Youth Ministries during his attendance at Camp Caswell with Antioch Baptist Church during the summer of 2026.  He has served as a Children and Youth Leader at Manna Church from 2009 to 2013 and is in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies at Liberty University.
Deacon and Personnel Committee Recommendation: We recommend that the church hire Ray Beckham as full time Youth and Children Minister. To be compensated at the salary in the approved church budget. Ray will give a Children's sermon and his personal testimony during the Sept 20th Worship service. The Church will also vote on a motion to hire Ray during a  Special Called Church Conference to be held on Sunday, September 20th , during morning worship.
